In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by wife, Wilma (Warnick) Markley, in 2001 and siblings, Lois Jennings and Paul A. He is survived by his two children, Michael Wayne Markley and wife Darcelle and Vonda Kay Sherrets and husband Carl a grandson, Michael William Markley and siblings, Bobbie Kingsley, Mitzi Dunn, Lucille Meredith and Roger Markley. Richard had an intuitive nature to fix things and had a love for fishing, camping, family vacations, and spending time with his beloved Wilma. He was a retired Lawrence County, Ohio, Deputy Sheriff. They shared a storybook marriage in Centerville, Ohio, where neighbors and friends became extended family. BURGE, 76 of Proctorville, Ohio, husband of Geneva Ferguson Burge, died Feb.
