He is survived by his two children, Michael Wayne Markley and wife Darcelle and Vonda Kay Sherrets and husband Carl a grandson, Michael William Markley and siblings, Bobbie Kingsley, Mitzi Dunn, Lucille Meredith and Roger Markley. Richard had an intuitive nature to fix things and had a love for fishing, camping, family vacations, and spending time with his beloved Wilma. He was a retired Lawrence County, Ohio, Deputy Sheriff. They shared a storybook marriage in Centerville, Ohio, where neighbors and friends became extended family. BURGE, 76 of Proctorville, Ohio, husband of Geneva Ferguson Burge, died Feb.
